The care you deserve

I believe the most important piece in the therapeutic process is building a strong rapport. I work with adolescents and adults that are experiencing Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and Trauma. I also help clients who are struggling with life transitions, relationship issues, and setting boundaries. I offer in person and tele-health appointments.
